The Talent will responsible for:

• Having a good understanding on Enterprise Risk Management Framework and relevant regulations.
• Having a good understanding on KYC AML CFT Regulations and relevant regulations.
• Framework, Governance, Policy, Procedures and all relevant documents as per Group and Regulator.
• Driving and leading an effective implementation of risk management and KYC AML
• compliance across the Company, in line with Group Policy, Internal Policy & Procedure and relevant Risk Management and KYC AML regulations.
• Ensuring proper monitoring process are applied to ensure compliance over Group Policy, Internal Policy & Procedure and relevant Risk Management and KYC AML regulations.
• Acting as the Subject Matters Expert in managing risk management governance and KYC, AML implementation through active communication and collaboration with all functions/departments.
• Developing, improving, and maintaining a good quality and utilization of KYC AML CFT Tools aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Developing, improving, and maintaining a good quality and utilization of risk management governance (risk appetite limit) and Financial Risks (Market & Liquidity Risks) Tools aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Delivering accurate, timely, and good quality of regular reports (both internal and external reports), as required by Group and Regulator.

We are looking for talents with:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferrable in Finance/Accounting or Laws.
• Experience min 8 years in Compliance or Enterprise Risk Management implementation and its regulations also the measurement tools/simulations.
• Strong background in Financial Services regulations, Operational Risk, Market Liquidity Risk, Asset Liabilities Management.
• Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.
• Have Risk Management Certification Level 2.
• Good in managing people, communication skill and collaboration in diversity.
