Digital Media Buyer  

The Digital Media Buyer works on the front lines of the constantly-changing digital landscape to make effective use of digital advertising to drive client results whether to support content marketing or to fuel highly strategic performance marketing campaigns. This role is highly collaborative but also a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a track record of a “test & learn” mindset. This role calls for attention to detail in order to manage multiple campaigns effectively and being alert to cases when intervention is needed to optimize results or troubleshoot ad delivery issues.

This is a work-from-home position for the duration of the pandemic. We have no immediate plans of asking the team to report to the office at least until the end of 2022.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the day-to-day buying process for client accounts across different media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and others
• Manage & analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance based on client goals
• Respond to competitive requests or activities including researching current trends, compiling competitive data and providing competitor analysis
• Keep pace with current trends and technologies that could potentially impact campaign performance or provide new value for our digital marketing efforts
  

Experience

• College graduate, preferably in a Marketing or Mathematics-related course
• 2-3 years of working experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a media buyer

Skills

• A firm understanding of digital ads strategy and principles
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, etc
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, preferably with experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with working with programmatic advertising partners a plus
