Language Trainer Manager  

As a Trainer Manager you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of the trainers based in the Philippines.

What you'll do

• Insure compliance of internal KPIs
• Propose and follow up of performance improvements
• Take the lead in team recruitment activities
• Oversee HR aspects of the team
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in teaching is a plus
• Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
