goFLUENT is looking for a Business Developer with strong cold calling skills and a sales mindset. Someone ready to take on this essential role as the first step in our sales process.

What you'll do
- Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact with potential clients.
- Prospect potential leads that you will reach out to by phone, email or other channels, aiming to identify decision makers.
- Nurture relationships with high potential leads.
- Identify your prospects' pain points to offer the right solutions and help the sales team in closing meetings.
- Build up and manage the database of prospect companies, updating contacts information in Salesforce.

What you'll need
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.
- Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, personable, hard-worker and easily adaptable.
- Someone able to show resilience. Bad calls can happen, but we need someone able to bounce back.
- Adaptable, curious and passionate about picking up sales methodologies.
- A good command of MS Office and Google tools. Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Creativity, ability to think out of the box and being always ready to do customized outreach and make the difference in all outbound efforts.
- Advanced level of English is a big plus.
