goFLUENT is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance and accounting department who will assist with administrative, payroll accounting, and bookkeeping functions.
What You'll Do
- Primary responsible for the completeness and accuracy of financial transactions recorded in the company’s accounting system.
- In charge of preparation of general journal entries related to manpower costs together with other month end closing entries related to accruals, expenses provisions, amortizations, depreciations and the like including reconciliation of intercompany related accounts.
- Participates in the computation of employees payroll and the related government compliances related to it such as but not limited to withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contributions.
- Responsible for the generation of monthly and quarterly profit and loss and balance sheet making sure that significant accounts are properly supported and documented.
- Participate in the financial reporting process require

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must be a graduate of Accounting related courses
- At least 1-2 yrs relevant work experience as a bookkeeper or related field is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent analytical skills, keen to details
- Experience handling accounting software such as MYOB / ABSS is also an advantage but not required
- Expert in Excel functions is an advantage
