UI Designer  

About the Role

As a UI Designer at goFLUENT, you will be part of a growing Tech and Product team supporting world class clients. The focus of the role is to provide innovative product features as part of our brand new digital learning platform Emile, and the Information system as a whole. As a UI Designer, you will be creating cutting-edge web-based learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create user flows, process flows, prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend high-quality designs to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish, promote, and maintain design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Ensure there is a coherent design across the components of the web and mobile applications

• A passion for learning and keeping yourself updated with the latest changes in the industry's standards
• At least 3 years of working experience as UI Designer on both web and mobile applications
• A demonstrated ability to be creative with established brand guidelines
• Good command of Figma (creating components, managing libraries and a design system)
• Knowledge of UX and accessibility best practices
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process and with remote teams
