Job Description
- To ensure that all air-conditioning units inside the Company premises are working to maximize their operational efficiency.
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including air conditioning systems and units
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance routine with other technicians and electricians.
- Estimates material and labor cost and determining plan and requirements for installing, fabricating, and start-up; testing, and servicing HVAC equipment.
- Handles and takes care of all the equipment that are being used.
- Coordinates with area supervisor and team leader on service updates and reports.
- Assists electricians and technicians in doing other maintenance works.
- Coordinate efforts with company’s contracted HVAC vendors to ensure company HVAC systems are functioning perfectly
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course, Preferably with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic) or any equivalent courses.
- Graduate of TESDA Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Services is a plus.
- Must have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Air-Conditioning specialist.
- Know how to change spare parts.
- Must have sufficient knowledge in backage and split type for installation of air-conditions and coolers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time.
