Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gathering and analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
- Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
- Supervising the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practise within the company
- Reviewing employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR databases
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or any related course
- At least 5+ years of experience in human resource field
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, at least 1 year of which is a Supervisory position
- At least 2+ years of experience improving employee’s experience and performance management through data analysis
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
