We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is hungry for growth and has a relentless drive to close and acquire new business opportunities for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive more revenue for the company
• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting leads to pitching to negotiating, and all the way to closing
• Can work independently and is confident to build new business

Requirements
We are looking for:

• A hustler with 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development or in related fields.
• Background in employee benefits, Insurance, financial services, and or HR solutions is a plus.
• Having worked in start-ups is a plus with strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated strategic orientation and tactical business sense
• Strong planning and execution skills: able to multi-task and manage several projects or clients concurrently with minimum supervision
• Persuasive and convincing communications skills, both oral and written
• Able to problem solve and resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively
