Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist with handling general day-to-day HR duties (recruitment, training, employee engagement, culture)
- Updating and compiling soft copies of company and employee documents
- Assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing
- Assist with company-wide events, logistics, and communication
- Keep track of monthly benefits
- Coordinate schedules with the HR Team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Quick learner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Soft skills requirements: communication, relationship building, empathy, positive attitude, teamwork, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, time management, and work ethic
- Within 1-hour commute distance to/from Makati CBD
- Able to work under a hybrid setting ( 3 days work from home and 2 days on-site)
