Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage all payout transactions to clients
- Handle email and phone inquiries and follow-ups from clients
- Keep track and manage bills payments regularly
- Keep track of all OR/Sales Invoice collections
- Prepare Forms 2307, as needed
- Coordinate with external accounting team with necessary financial documents, filing schedules, etc.
- Provide reports to head finance officer/s
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Quick learner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Work with very minimal supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Able to compose/reply to emails professionally
- Within 1-hour commute distance to/from Makati CBD
- Able to work under a hybrid setting ( 3 days work from home and 2 days on-site)
- Confident and resourceful -- must be able to think of new ideas to get things done
