About the Role:
HOPE is looking for a Field Coordinator (FC) that will be responsible for providing support to the Aling Tindera Core Team and fellow Field Coordinators in the deployment and operations of the Aling Tindera programs in the communities and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Aling Tindera Core Team by expanding, developing, and executing our Aling Tindera (AT) waste-to-cash livelihood program
- Work with our network of partners in the Aling Tindera program and other future sustainability and livelihood programs;
- Conduct interviews, FGDs, and surveys to gather relevant information needed to understand and identify challenges in the field and to improve the program;
- Facilitate training sessions and organizing events to empower partner communities; devise training programs if necessary
- Engage and build relationships with our community partners, local government, and institutional partners; and
- Update and analyze records and data needed by our Monitoring and Evaluation Team and our database of partners and networks.
- Liaise with the Operations team to coordinate and oversee the scheduling of deployments, haulings, and other operational activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a high school degree or vocational/equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience; experience in community engagement or local government unit (LGU) coordination is an advantage
- Should be able to do field work (e.g. site visits, haulings, LGU meetings, etc.) from Monday to Friday in the entire province.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own motorcycle
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and achieve results through collaboration
- Must be willing to physically report to our Makati-based office at least once a month
