Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle administrative functions of assigned companies (Properties and Infrastructuce)
- Manage schedules, do follow ups, and document routings
- Assist in leasing management and contract management
- Liaise with government agencies
- Assist in preparation of billings and payments to suppliers and contractors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree Business Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Experience in administrative functions
- Preferably with project management, construction management, or business management background
- Experience in using AutoCAD
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to liaise with government agencies
