Sales Development Manager  

• Recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of sales development representatives;
• Coach, mentor, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills across all product offerings including: campaign strategy, outbound execution, and nurturing interest in opportunities;
• Go deep into the day-to-day and listen to call recordings by your team to give them precise one-on-one feedback;
• Use data to be nimble and inform the strategy of your team;
• Encourage data-driven innocation by running call script experimentation and sharing insights gained across the entire organization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (like Marketing & Product) to drive new business;
• Monitor and refine sales lead processes, metrics, reporting and tools to maximize efficiencies and success on the SDR team;
• Own execution of pipeline goals by driving a high accountability, high performance culture.

• Willing to work on EST (New York) or PST (San Francisco) timezone
• Experience in B2B sales for an enterprise SaaS company
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study
• Prior experience in managing a team of sales development representatives in a software/technology company
• Self-starter and critical thinker who can thrive in competitive and results-driver environments
• Has the ability to work independently with limited supervision
