Junior Business Analyst  

The Jr. Business Analyst will assist Asst. Manager for Operations in conducting analysis, feasibility study, provide recommendations and implement profit improvement on projects, strategic alignment initiatives, and achieve sales and income objectives. The Jr. Business Analyst will also interface with a variety of departments to compile data and analyze financial aspects of new products and projects of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluation of investment areas through development of appropriate financial models, conduct feasibility, and due diligence activities.
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management
• Interface with Sales and Field Operations Team to properly account, monitor, and analyze project cost expenditures
• Work with other functional teams or departments necessary in completing assigned tasks
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
• Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with this position and the job description duties set out herein

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge on financial statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Advanced knowledge on MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements
• Attention to accuracy and detail is required
• Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance
• With at least 1 year of experience on a finance-related job
• CPA is an advantage
