Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute sales strategies.
- Monitor and manage results of marketing strategies.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates in sales funnel
- Assist in customer acquisition/outbound leads.
- Brainstorm development and strategies with the marketing team.
- Develop and monitor KPIs in support of company goals
- Develop and discuss metrics for success.
- Report on progress of sales and overall growth.
- Contribute to team discussions to improve overall efficiencies and effectivity of the company.
- Establish goals and road maps.
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Act as client liason for developing new and existing partners.
- Develop new channels/avenues of outbound sales to increase leads acquisition.
- Schedule interviews for sales presentations
- Other tasks deemed necessary by management

- Experience in managing and leading a vibrant team.
- Experience in B2B environment.
- Proficient in English.
