HR Supervisor and Recruitment Specialist  

Recruitment

• Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment events, and outreach activities.
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate new hire onboarding.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment
• Ensure administrative compliance
• Assist with other HR functions (performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, employee records, and compensation and benefits

Employee Development:

• Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.
• Coordinate succession planning for key roles.
• Foster a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and Recruitment in a supervisory role, preferably in a BPO industry
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven HR experience in recruitment, and has a strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience in using HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficient in MS Office and report presentation
• Adaptability to the needs of the organization and its people
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
