Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Idenify Learning and Development needs within the organization through Job Analysis and appraisal schemes
- Help in designing and developing or souring out trainings in accorance to the result of the Job Analysis and appraisal scheme of the organization
- Conduct trainings as scheduled
- Monitor and review progress of trainees through questionnaires
- Partner with Department Managers on monitoring and evaluating training and development programs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 4 years of training experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe
- Good facilitation skills on soft/hard training
- High interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all level
- Have initiative and ability to offer new ideas
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to be take on other HR-related functions as necessary
- Willingness to take on assignments both for Head Office (Mandaluyong) and Plant (Bulacan)
