Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The senior accountant will be preparing full set of simple to medium complexity financial statements and support to the financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS reporting (or other financial reporting standard, as applicable).
- The senior accountant may be asked to perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks software and prepare necessary internal reports required by the client.
- The senior accountant will be communicating with the manager in-charge for client-related matters.
- The senior accountant may be asked to communicate directly with the client and external auditor (under the supervision of the manager in-charge).
- The senior accountant may be asked to attend internal client meetings, meetings with the auditors, and other meetings relevant to the preparation of the financial statements (under the supervision of the manager in-charge).
- The senior accountant may be required to research and read recent pronouncements and illustrative financial statements provided by external auditors that are relevant to the fund.
- The senior accountant will be preparing his/her interim and year-end goals under the following pillars: 1. Communication; 2. Quality; 3. Timeliness and participate with performance evaluations.
- The senior accountant will be providing upward feedback to the managers during performance evaluations.
- The senior accountant will be providing feedback for the administrative team and typists during yearend performance evaluations.
- The senior accountant will be attending refresher trainings/courses.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Cerfified Public Accountant
- With minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/audit (experience with Big 4 is a plus)
- Relevant exposure in financial services and/or asset management is a plus
