Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Writing intuitive, innovative, and effective copy for product (including the user interface, error message, notification message, etc)
- Communicate ideas and collaborate with Design, Product, and Other teams to gather new insights, establish connective language, and discover fit copywriting stay le for specific personas
- Ensure that all the product copy is aligned with the DOKU brand and marketing materials
- Initiate copy audits in both pre-launch and post-launch stages to maintain product quality standards and consistency
- Maintain consistency in product copy (both English and Indonesian)
- Keep updated on UX writing, content design, and content strategy knowledge
- Contribute to usability testing with other UX roles to gather feedback specifically about Product content
Kualifikasi Minimum
General Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX Writer or copywriting (preferably from the payment services industry or tech company)
- Proven work experience as a UX Writer, Copywriter, or similar role (having a portfolio is a plus point)
- Fluent in both Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
- Strong writing, grammatical, and critical thinking
- Always update to the latest content trends and still able to align with brand identity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbal and written
