Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage billing data, generate invoices, ensure timely payments, handle inquiries, and maintain financial records.
- Identify and select suppliers, manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
- Coordinate daily tasks, report completed tasks, manage petty cash, handle budget requests, oversee business permits and government registrations, and manage office files.
- Coordinate fixed assets and assist with sales administration for bidding/projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business related course
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in purchasing and procurement
- Must be amenable to go onsite 3-5x a week
- Willing to be stretched, can multi-task, and skilled in time management
