Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A Cyberbacker acts as administrative support to our clients in a remote setting. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Transcription
- Preparing paperwork
- Scheduling of consultation with clients
- Preparing and emailing weekly reports
- Updating virtual files
- Build ongoing task list
- Oversee administrative tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good command of the English language
- Has good work ethics
- Typing speed at least 60 wpm
- Must be a good team player
- Able to work in flexible hours
Technology:
- Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel® Core or AMD equivalent is highly required
- RAM: At least 8GB of RAM with 60GB hard disk space available
- Internet connectivity: 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
- Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
