Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Purchasing / Procurement
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases such as Purchase Order and Delivery Receipt
- Ensures quality record keeping such as updating records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices and monitors use of materials and resources
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Monitor stocks level and place orders as needed.
- Arranges for transportation of purchased goods
- Coordinating materials to respective personnel at site.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors in Accountancy or Business Administration or any related course
- Must have experience in Purchasing for 5-10 years
- Business management or logistics
- Must have experience in Purchasing for Construction specially in Electrical and Mechanical materials
- Should have contact suppliers for wires, cables, breakers, XLPE, Termination kits, steels, RE bars, sands, cements and other construction materials.
- Should be able to get more suppliers on board
- Should be able to negotiate terms
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professionals with at least a bachelor’s degree in procurement
