Sales Executive  

The position holder is responsible for assisting inquiries with their title transfer questions and converting them into valued clients. The idea is that he / she will be the bridge towards forging a working relationship between the client who wants to avail of the title transfer service and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Present the company's services, and Attend the client calls/meetings

• Prepare Service Proposals based on client needs

• Responsible for Service Agreement signing with the client

• Actively participate in the enhancement of the company's marketing and media plan by contributing innovative ideas and opportunities

• Think creatively and designs concepts for company brochures, flyers, social media & facebook posts, promotional merchandise, and other marketing collaterals

• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

• Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals

• Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures

• Candidate must at least graduate of a 4-year course.

• Real Estate Background is an advantage.

• Preferably at least with 1 year experience in Sales

• Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, efficiency, and flexibility.
