Marketing Officer and Podcast Producer  

The Marketing Officer and Podcast Producer will manage the company’s online presence on various social media platforms, forums and blogs, and conduct offline marketing activities as required to increase awareness and understanding for public transport modernization in the eyes of daily commuters, government officials and transport groups.

The successful candidate will also produce a podcast on the topic of public transport in the Philippines and will host the same. The podcast itself will contain episodes discussing common issues encountered by commuters, operators and will feature interviews with people involved in the public transport space.

Content development is crucial and so the successful candidate will collaborate closely with company officials in developing content for each episode. He/She is expected to be inquisitive and resourceful in researching information and data.

• Monitor daily news and broadcast breaking news on matters important to the company
• Research and develop content, with the guidance of management, that will be used for podcast episodes and content for both online and offline channels
• Prepare media advisories, support in the planning of media interviews and press conferences
• Participate in social media discussion that discuss transport-related topics

​​​​​​Interested candidates must have the following experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in producing podcasts, youtube videos and developing content for the same.
• Avid social media user
• Excellent communicator in spoken and written English and Filipino
• Inquisitive by nature, probing, a good listener articulate with one’s thoughts.
• A fast learner who is genuinely interested in transportation and who is up-to-date with current affairs
• A efficient and flexible worker who can be productive at home, office or field.
