UX/UI Designer  

This position is for a talented individual who can turn our software into simple and intuitive products for our clients. One of the major responsibilities will be to build UI/UX design elements that will fulfill our client’s requirements.

• Work with business analysts, project managers and developers to define both the long-term strategy for clients and short-term execution.
• Visualize and craft user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes to communicate design solutions.
• Design graphic user interface elements.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Migrate legacy user interfaces into modern mobile responsive interfaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Coordinate and align with the software engineers to match visual design intent.
• Temporarily on a Work-from-Home arrangement

• 3-5 + years work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Design, Computer Science or related field.
• A desire for user-centered design and the ability to understand user needs, motivations and behavior.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your design and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience working on complex enterprise or business applications.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI patterns, especially for Android and iOS.
• Desire to understand the technologies that enable the experiences being designed.
• Proficient with interface design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration.
