Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Talent Acquisition
- Leads in the implementation of recruitment to deployment process and initiates improvements in the process
- Facilitate hiring needs analysis and manpower forecasting
- Explores and manages different and new sourcing channels, headhunters, manpower agencies, etc. to increase pool
- Checks and monitors manpower requirements and vacancies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing
- Assesses candidates and provides evaluation of applicants
- Initiates programs on employer branding, referral programs, and candidate experience
- Supervises and implements activities to provide quality candidates and fill the vacancies within lead time
- Prepares, reviews, and serves Job Offer sheets within authority
- Ensures that all hiring documents and onboarding tools are provided for all new hires
- Ensures that all applicants and referrers are informed of the status and results of applications
People Management and Managerial Functions:
- Manages Talent Acquisition Personnel in the performance of all recruitment and onboarding functions
- Assess and develops Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and systems (from root cause analysis to implementation)
- Conducts Daily Huddle with TA Team
- Leads and ensures Talent Acquisition team’s compliance to company policies and standard operating procedure
- In-charge of Performance Management and Competency Development of Talent Acquisition personnel
- Cascades corporate information, processes, programs, and systems to team members timely and effectively
- Reviews Talent Acquisition reports and prepares & presents Quarterly Business Review
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Science, or Human Resources
- At least 5 years general experience in end-to-end recruitment
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Good on Communication Skills, Planning and Organization, Interpersonal Skills, Execution
