The QCT Architect Associate conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers. He/She also resolves the technical issues that may arise during residential unit turnover for total quality control. Aside from this, he/she also supports horizontal developments through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with the clients and their designer to ensure that the plans conform with the construction guidelines and deed of restrictions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Licensed Architect or Engineer
- Excellent Client Relations skills
- Able to explain technical details in layman’s terms
- Detail-Oriented
