Quality Control and Turnover Architect  

The Project-Based QCT Architect Associate conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers. He/She also provides the technical issues that may arise during residential unit turnover for total quality control. Aside from this, he/she also supports horizontal developments through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with the clients and their designer to ensure that the plans conform with the construction guidelines and deed of restrictions.

  Licensed Architect or Engineer

  Able to explain technical details in layman’s terms
