Freelance Brand Safety Checkers  

As a Brand Safety Checker, your main mission will be to approve audiovisuals projects and make legal recommendations to the content team you’ll be working with.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Check the videos we produce and make sure they are compliant with the platform (Facebook,
• Youtube, Instagram, TikTok) rules and intellectual property. In constant communication with the editors and community managers, you will provide feedbacks as how to avoid demonetization, claims, strikes, without denaturing the video
• Carry out legal and prior art searches
• Appeal intellectual property claims using your knowledge in the matter
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the Brand Safety department

• You have an academic legal background / Intellectual property or experience in business law (2years+ of experience)
• Fluent in English with strong writing skills
• Good knowledge of the major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube)
• Understanding of the IP rules related to social media platforms
• Rigorous and inquisitive attitude, you know how to make proposals, but also to alert, if necessary
• Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in order to manage multiple tasks at once
