Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Able to run design sprint to deliver the best user experience based on quantitative or qualitative research;
- Able to lead a team and delegate and prioritise initiative.
- Able to mold the junior designer to strategize how the data for certain feature needs to be collected.
- Able to aggregate and be data minded on the decision that's taking place.
- Able to maintain expectation and could work on MVP and iterate on the next needed design
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience as UI Designer for 2+ years.
- Use platform Figma, Sketch, and Miro.
- Ability to analyze and convert numerical design sprints into UI/UX
- Have experience in relevant B2C user centric products perviously
