Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recording and maintaining the company's assets but not limited on company and customer data, building, furniture, stationaries, laptop, mobile phone, mouse, etc;
- Dealing and maintaining the good relationship with all vendors that provided the services that supported the operational and business
- Provided the accomodations for all operational car that handled by the company;
- Maintaining all confidential, internal and public documents that related to company or vendors;
- Set up the preparation of meeting or training (snack, meeting room, venue, etc);
- Doing regarding purchasing with vendor
- Helping for operational duties.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as General Affair Staff for 2 or more years
- Required Skill(s): Ms. Excel, Office Management, Computer, Finance, Communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Details Oriented & Fast learner and working
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
