Learning and Development Specialist  

Creating a culture of continuous learning and growth programmes that enable organizations to constantly evolve and develop by but not limited to:

• Work with leaders to assess training needs,
• Organizing, planning, and directing a variety of training activities,
• Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes,
• Producing training materials for in-house courses,
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees,
• Considering the costs and return on investment of any planned training or development programmes and ensuring that these costs adhere to defined budgets.

• Bachelor degree of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related area,
• Has minimum 3 years of experiences in designing, developing, and delivering training material,
• Experience in carrying out Training Needs Analysis,
• Experience in analyzing a business problem and working with multiple stakeholders,
• Able to plan activities in a rapidly changing environment,
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills,
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills,
• Able to work with numbers.
