Your responsilbility will be:
- The first person responsible for satisfaction level of the key customer you assigned into.
- Conduct visits and trainings to customers.
- Handle chat/phone/email from customers.
- Able to negotiate with customers related to their needs and requests.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Having experience in EdTech is a plus.
- Willing to travel and relocate.
