Oversees correct design, execution and development of future ESS projects and/or other future power generation endeavors of the Oil BU. Also, this role oversees the condition and maintenance of existing OIL BU ESSS and Electrical Facilities’.

• Provide O&M with capability review of all ESS and electrical systems to ensure Plants and Facilities are safely and efficiently operated using reliable control systems.
• Provide O&M with expert ESS and electrical related fault location and resolution support by possession of strong specialist knowledge and skills to reduce outage durations resulting from malfunctions.
• Provide O&M with documented ESS and electrical usage guidance by creating relevant and appropriate procedures and work instructions to ensure sustainably correct and quality-driven utilization of the ESS and electrical systems.
• Develop long-term ESS and electrical Asset acquisition and retirement plans by associating with Generating Assets investment plans to ensure the systems are optimally fitted to the overall Generating Plant Life-cycle Objectives.
• Develop and maintain, but not limited to, standard equipment specifications for AC Power System Components – HV substations, MV switchgears, MV & HV transformers, MV conductors, LV conductors.
• Prepare interconnection applications, interconnection impact assessment studies, and other studies, not necessarily of electrical nature; needed to satisfy compliance with codes and regulatory requirements including NGCP, ERC and DOE requirements.
• Collaborate daily with other Design Engineers, internal and external customer(s) to determine specific project needs and requirements and to counsel within the expertise area; including group lead, engineering oversight, task management, and implementing lessons learned found during project execution.
• Conceptualization, technical and financial feasibility works, oversight and delivery of the Energy Storage System projects. This includes reviewing plans, contracts and pertinent documents of energy storage solutions.
• Provides knowledge on Energy Storage Systems (existing and emerging technology) and establishes recommendation for further review.
• Management of the project development up to the test and commissioning stage. This includes monitoring of progress and updates of related energy storage projects.

• With 5-8 year-experience as ESS and or Electrical Project Lead or of similar function.
• Leadership Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience
• Project Management Experience: 3 years minimum
• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or in Electrical Engineering
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
