Strategy and Performance Management Specialist | Project-Based  

Position Summary:

This position shall be responsible for the administration of the Company’s operational planning and organization performance measurement processes in assigned business or support units. It also ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance to company policies and protocols, particularly on external and internal communications, and confidentiality and security of corporate information, among others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the Strategic Management Process is implemented.
• Facilitates the Strategic Planning Process of the Business Unit using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
• Ensures that all the strategic plans go through the Risk Management process (ERM Assessment)
• Cascades Tier 1 Strategy Map to all Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Ensures that Tier 1 Strategy is updated quarterly and submits reports to AP Gen every quarter.
• Facilitates the development and review of Tier 2 Strategy.
• Ensures that Department Heads submits monthly Tier 2 Department Strategy Map.
• Trains and facilitates the following:

1. Development of business unit strategic plans and annual department operational plans;
2. Definition and review of meaningful performance measures;
3. Target or goal setting;
4. Translation of plans to resource requirements and budgets.

• Develops and conducts strategic management related programs.
• Assesses the strategic management maturity of business units and support departments.
• Develops and maintains documentation of planning and organizational performance management policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Tracks and prepares consolidated exception reports on performance and/or progress on organizational goals
• Designs and implements organization performance reporting templates, and prepares management presentations and reports.
• Works with management to plan and prepare for departmental meetings, includes preparation of agenda planning, recording and following up on agreed actions.
• 6 months Project-Based

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other realted field of study
• Masters in Business Adminstration (MBA), a plus
• At least 3 years combined experience in corporate planning and organizational performance management; substantial working knowledge of or relevant implementation experience in: (1) Balanced Scorecard, (2) performance management systems, and/or (3) operations excellence tools
• Certification/s related to work experience, a plus
