Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
- Manage, validate and resolve technical issues and service requests raised by clients
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues concerning hardware and software
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via remote or in person
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineering or any IT related course
- With atleast 2 years solid work experience in PC maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware & software, LAN set-up and networking, and configuration of router, modem and switches
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- With good communication skills
- Organized and Hardworking
- Willing to go on field work
