What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their system or application issues with prompt and effective solutions
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for systems or applications, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality

Kualifikasi Minimum
