Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate internal cross-channel digital communication tools based on requests from internal requestors.
• Manage feedback received via shared mailboxes and respond to queries with standard responses. Work in collaboration with service Channel Experts to solve for inquiries and get support when needed.
• Support and facilitate review and distribute e-mail messages in alignment to company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools.
• Collect and organize data from different channels to work on analytics reports.
• Post articles and execute on updates and small developments to appropriate internal websites.
• Gather communication metrics from multiple varied sources and draft reports.
• Raise issues appropriately.
• Work with office tools, MS applications, service operations tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Open to undergraduates with experience
• 2 years relevant experience
• Competent in office package: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Understanding web traffic metrics and data analysis skills
• WordPress experience and/or HTML / CSS
• Experience using SharePoint or other workflow management tools
