Agile Program Management Lead  

• ‌Manages team's agile delivery from a project end-to-end perspective to improve cost, quality, and speed
• ‌Creates solutions to optimize agile team's processes to help in delivering value to the client
• ‌Plans long term goal for the project which involves good relationship between clients and teams, opportunities, and partnership
• ‌Implement a continuous improvement approach to achieve expectations on delivery efficiency and effectiveness, and quality
• ‌Act as a career people manager as well
• ‌Manage and monitor financials targets, OKR key metrics, and contracts
• ‌Close coordination with Key agile members, stakeholders, and clients on directions and issues/risks

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• ‌Extensive agile project management and coordination experience for at least 2 years with end-to-end completion of 1-2 projects
• ‌Attended and completed any Agile framework trainings
• ‌Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ‌A passion for cultivating high performing teams and delivering value

Bonus points if you have:

• Completed any APM training or equivalent
• ‌Any of the following certifications: Agile certifications from Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance and the like. SAFe Agilist or ICAgile Certified Professional
• ‌Basic knowledge on technical software engineering practices e.g., Azure Infrastructure deployment, implementation of security controls and development of CI/CD processes to support application development
• ‌ A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Scaled Agile Framework ® (SAFe®)
