The work:
Client Portfolio Management (CPM) is part of the Center of Excellence within the Sales Excellence organization. It is the process of using the right information to make client portfolio decisions. This allows the team to target and categorize clients based on financial performance, growth potential and client prioritization information, enabling leadership and client teams to make better sales decisions.
As Service Process Architect, you will support and become a trusted advisor to the Market & MU Sales Excellence Leads, helping them to manage their portfolio efficiently.
You will:
- Work closely with the Service Offering Lead and Service Process Architect Manager who are responsible for the Why and the What of the CPM service offering. Specifically, you will assist in designing and implementing a smooth and efficient process to onboard and routinely assess the performance of our inorganic acquisitions
- Assist in How the assigned Service Offering is delivered, developing, improving, implementing and executing operational processes
- Handle day to day processes effectively
- Support Service Offering Lead and Service Process Architect Manager in working with internal Application Architecture, Analytics and Change Management partners to ensure the processes, tools and training programs are used effectively to drive adoption by leadership and stakeholders
- Support Service Offering Lead and Service Process Architect Manager in gathering and prioritising feedback and using it to enhance how we deliver the Service Offerings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree.
- More than 2 - 5 years proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for new technology, tools and innovation
- Internal and client facing experience, business acumen and commercial awareness
- Experience in Operational / Financial / Research Internal and External management
Here’s what you need:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- English language fluency (oral and written)
- Proven track record of operational program management in a fast moving environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for new technology, tools and innovation
- Internal and client facing experience, business acumen and commercial awareness

- Prior sales experience
