Duties include but not limited to:

	<li>
	Will help in the migration of data from QB to Sage
	</li>
	<li>
	Advanced understanding of Sage to be able to help with customization at API level(software coding and set up). Zavvy with triggers and modules
	</li>
	<li>Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions</li>
	<li>Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information</li>
	<li>Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries</li>
	<li>Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements</li>
	<li>Lead internal audit engagements</li>
	<li>Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors</li>
	<li>Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements</li>
	<li>Secures financial information by completing database backups</li>
	<li>Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential</li>
</ul>

Important Note:

Part time role for now, not exceeding 40 hrs/week with the possibility of growing to full time in the future

The Content Integration Intern ensures that site content is properly and accurately set up during website development. To do that, he/she needs to regularly coordinate with project managers and web developers. They also need to be familiar with basic HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities include:

	<li>Uploading and maintaining pages and blog posts of various websites</li>
	<li>Uploading content and photos of real estate listings</li>
	<li>Creating saved property searches or real estate hot sheets</li>
	<li>Setting up 301 redirects</li>
	<li>Setting up templated websites and their content</li>
	<li>Assisting in the migration of websites from one server to another</li>
	<li>Assisting in the setup of analytics tools</li>
	<li>Testing websites for cross-browser compatibility and assisting other QA efforts</li>
	<li>Assisting other departments with site audits and reports</li>
