Job Description: 
 
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate 
has a deep understanding of digital analytics, with advanced expertise in Google 
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server - side tracking, and data visualization using 
Looker Studio. The Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing our clients' 
tracking performance, identifying gaps in existing implementations, and 
recommending solutions to enhance data collection and scalability, even for 
complex setups across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
Analytics Setup and Implementation: 

<ul>
	<li>Implement and customize Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager</li>
	<li>Experience setting up third - party trackers (Google Ad, Facebook Ads, etc.) with Google Tag Manager (client and server - side) for complex/advanced setups</li>
	<li>Configure analytics tool tracking and 3rd - party scripts and pixels using Google Tag Manager</li>
	<li>Manage analytics tool configurations e.g. views, filters, custom dimensions setup, etc.)</li>
	<li>Administer Google Tag Manager</li>
</ul>

Data Analysis and Reporting:

<ul>
	<li>Organize, track, and surface data trends</li>
	<li>Analyze key performance metrics and competitive trends</li>
	<li>Visualize and present data insights using Google Looker (visually appealing and branded dashboards)</li>
	<li>Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models</li>
	<li>Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports by directing queries and analyzing databases and logs</li>
	<li>Perform deep analysis on website performances and user behavior using various analytics tools</li>
</ul>

Consultation and Strategy:

<ul>
	<li>Act as consultant to paid media, social, and content teams in setting up their campaign tracking</li>
	<li>Implement effective engagement tracking solutions using (Google) Analytics tools</li>
	<li>Identify gaps in existing implementations and recommend solutions</li>
	<li>Make recommendations regarding process improvements and develop performance policies and procedures</li>
	<li>Work with Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and other Google Marketing platform tools</li>
</ul>

Compliance and Regulations:

<ul>
	<li>Experience with consent management (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)</li>
</ul>

Analytics Specialist

An SME for design acts as the team’s Art Director and leads a team of junior design and dev staff. Supporting the foundational business that involves the production of top industry-standard creatives, mentorship, skills, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities 

<ul>
	<li>Keep up to date with the industry’s mobile-friendly ad specs, ad best practices, and effective ad formats that translate to modules for team upskilling</li>
	<li>Learn and adhere to the team’s platforms and processes that involve creative solutions for different brands and industries</li>
	<li>Understand each ad request from a marketing perspective that follows their brand guidelines and specific request</li>
	<li>Create effective ad mocks that are brand-centric coming from the client brief and provided assets</li>
	<li>Manage training sessions to improve team performance, skills, and production time</li>
	<li>Monitor campaign outputs and skills that must adhere to team standard</li>
	<li>Handle technical and production support for custom ad functionalities</li>
	<li>Ensure that all creative units sent to clients are 100% functional and up to specs, testing specifically for:
	<ul>
		<li>Standard/Customer Specifications and Best Practices</li>
		<li>Brand guidelines (Fonts, colors, logo, imagery, etc.)</li>
		<li>Visual Design and Animation</li>
		<li>Functionality and Performance</li>
		<li>Platform/Cross Browser functionality at different resolutions, and fixing errors when necessary</li>
	</ul>

	<li>Support the team by building an environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and creativity through sharing knowledge and skills</li>
