The PHP Web Developer reports to the Project Scrum Master of the project that he/she belongs to and to his/her immediate supervisor (assigned Senior PHP Web Developer). The PHP Web Developer is responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company's operations, policies, and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations. This may include areas such as labor laws, intellectual property rights, data protection laws, industry-specific regulations, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Review and verify KYC documents provided by clients and counterparties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.</li>
	<li>Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, partners, and other parties. Ensure that contracts are legally sound and protect the interests of the company.</li>
	<li>Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and liabilities faced by the company and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide guidance to management on legal issues affecting business decisions.</li>
	<li>Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company's business activities. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.</li>

	<li>Input data using Xero Online accounting software</li>
	<li>Prepare draft Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statement (IAS) for further review by the offshore Accountants</li>
	<li>Prepare and analyse Financial Statements, for review by the offshore Accountants</li>
	<li>Prepare ATO applications such as ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG</li>
	<li>Handle business entity set-up and registration</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other related legislation and rulings</li>
	<li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks</li>
	<li>Communicate with direct manager on workflow matters</li>
	<li>Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards</li>
