As a Sales Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the sales performance of our clients by delivering comprehensive training programs. Drawing upon your extensive sales training experience in the BPO or virtual setting, you will create and facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions that equip sales teams with the necessary skills, techniques, and strategies to excel in their roles. Your outstanding training delivery and coaching skills will be instrumental in driving sales productivity, enhancing customer relationships, and ultimately, contributing to our clients' success. Additionally, if you have experience in developing effective training programs/modules, it would be a great advantage in this role.

Responsibilities:

	<li class="text-justify">Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients in the BPO or virtual setting.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, to educate sales professionals on best practices, sales methodologies, and product knowledge.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Collaborate with clients to assess their training requirements and customize training programs accordingly.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Utilize a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, group discussions, and simulations, to maximize learning effectiveness.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to reinforce training concepts and ensure sustained growth in sales performance.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance their performance.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and market dynamics to continuously improve training content and methodologies.</li>

Virtual Task Specialist | Freelance | PH, Remote

Work as a part-time virtual assistant to earn additional income for your family or household.

How it works:

A customer will ask you for a particular task that they need done. You will be on your computer and will receive the task via an instant message. Your job will be to determine what the customer is asking for and then figure out how to provide it to them. You will be able to communicate back and forth with the customer as you see fit.

The customer could ask for a variety of things ranging from food delivery all the way to meeting a famous person. You will have enormous flexibility in how you complete the task, but if you need help we will provide it. This is just like being a personal assistant to somebody in an office, except it’s virtual so you don’t need to leave your home.

You will receive 2 weeks of training with a bonus upon graduation. After training, we continue to provide support whenever you need help with your tasks.
