Job Summary:

As a Copyright, Patent, and Trademark Infringement Prevention Assistant, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our intellectual property rights. Your responsibilities will revolve around identifying potential infringements, monitoring various marketplaces, utilizing software for detection, and taking appropriate actions to protect our copyrights, patents, and trademarks.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Conduct regular searches to identify potential copyright, patent, and trademark infringements.</li>
	<li>Monitor online marketplaces, websites, and platforms for unauthorized use of intellectual property.</li>
	<li>Utilize RedPoint and other software tools to manage and track infringement instances effectively.</li>
	<li>Report identified infringements promptly and accurately to the designated authorities or platforms.</li>
	<li>Prepare and file cease and desist notices based on provided legal templates.</li>
	<li>Complete and submit DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) form takedown requests as required.</li>
	<li>Monitor ongoing infringement activities and track infringers' activities for further action.</li>
	<li>Ensure that reports on infringements are acted upon by third-party enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.</li>
	<li>Escalate significant infringement cases or unresolved issues to the legal team for further action and guidance.</li>

As a Digital Asset Manager, you will oversee the organization, categorization, and maintenance of our digital assets, ensuring their accessibility and accuracy within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role demands a meticulous approach to asset management, strong categorization skills, and proficiency with various design and asset management tools.

 

Responsibilities:

	<li>Ensure all digital assets are accurately categorized, tagged, and stored within the Digital Asset Management system (BrandFolder).</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a comprehensive categorization structure that aligns with organizational needs and facilitates easy asset retrieval.</li>
	<li>Keep digital assets up to date, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and maintaining asset relevancy.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with teams to fulfill specific asset requisitions, providing necessary digital assets promptly and accurately.</li>
