Job Description

This position is responsible for attaining sales and collection objectives; implementing merchandising and promotions programs of pharma and healthcare products; and monitoring and reporting of competitive market activities within the assigned district territories as well as providing quality customer service and establishing productive relationships with principals and customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Management

  • Utilizes appropriate leadership and management methods in guiding assigned district sales team towards accomplishment of set goals.
  • Leads in the formulation and implementation of plans by providing execution and monitoring guidelines to ensure accurate and suitable results;
  • Guides the SRs/ACM in the negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of promotional plans by constant and regular coordination and feedbacking to achieve Corporate and Principal’s objectives;
  • Guides the SRs/ACM in goal/s achievements by providing data regarding trading terms, promotional matters, and distribution schemes;
  • Manages administrative and district matters by crisis early detection and management for business integrity and development;
  • Builds Company and Principal’s business by establishing a course of action for self and/or for others to accomplish specific goals thru proper planning of personnel’s assignment and allocation of company resources;
  • Identifies business opportunities and developmental plans on sales, marketing, distribution, and merchandising achievements by regular and timely field visits to allow necessary changes and/or modification/s of implemented and planned programs;
  • Develops action plans for new business initiatives and monitors their implementation to ensure achievement of desired results.

Business Service Relationship

  • Builds strong relationship with customers, both internally and externally, by liaising for achievement of objectives:
  • Provides Business Data to the Company, Principals, and Customers by conducting review of the total assigned business district, identifying course of action/strategy for the development of district’s business, seeking approval for any identified program and any objective to ensure proper coordination with all parties concerned.
  • Exchanges pertinent data and information with Principal Counterparts by scheduling coordination meetings and proper recording of all agreements/discussions for achievement of objectives, be it sales, distribution, inventory and/or other product concerns.

Records and Reports

  • Maintains and protects Company and Principal operations by submitting accurate and concise records and reports on activities within assigned district according to established formats and schedule for reference and control.

People and Performance Management

  • Ensures employment of highly qualified associates by facilitating the hiring process for any job opening within the assigned district to improve business development and opportunity;
  • Develops the skills and competencies of associates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs to provide directions to their job performances and personal and career development;
  • Enhances Competence and Commitment of associates by providing adequate training and coaching to SRs/ACM on modules identified as requirements for competency-building for delegation of tasks and/or responsibilities;
  • Delegates responsibilities to associates by effectively allocating decision-making and other tasks to be done as training for professional growth and development.
  • Carries out other duties appropriate to the post as may be required by superiors.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate of Any 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree Course

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE :

  • At least 4 years experience in sales;
