MONITORING & EVALUATION ASSOCIATE
[Project-Based, initial one-year contract]

The Monitoring and Evaluation Associate will oversee and manage the strengthening of the Foundation’s M&E system and implement the Foundation’s M&E policies to ensure that progress is monitored and evaluated and identified gaps are addressed to improve the sustainability of interventions.

M&E Associate is expected to:

• Strengthens and provides strategic direction in further development of ZFF's M&E system
• Monitors and evaluates the Foundation's program outputs, outcomes, and lessons learned regularly
• Leads conduct of biannual program implementation review from preparation to monitoring of actionable items
• Coordinates with other units the analysis/use/dissemination of ZFF M&E data to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree major in Nursing, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Communications, Social Work, or any related course. Master's degree in a functionally-relevant field is an advantage
• With a minimum 5-7 years, practical experience in monitoring and evaluation shows a good understanding of development and health inequities
