Job Description
The KM Associate will be responsible for establishing and implementing KM strategy and change management within the organization, oversight of the KM operations, influencing change in the organization, taxonomy construction, network analysis, and oversight of information management systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience on handling knowledge management work
- Bachelor's degree major in Social Sciences, Public Health or any medical allied courses, Development Communication, Publlic Administration, Business Management, Social Work, or any related course
- Excellent skills on learning and knowledge management
- Excellent skills on facilitating and organizing meetings, workshops, group activities, and other learning/knowledge sharing activities
- Excellent oral presentation and writing skills
- Excellent system thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Precise attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
- Comfortable with juggling multiple priorities with the ability to manage time effectively
