Job Description
The KM and Research Manager shall provide program management, technical oversight, financial oversight and staff management of the Technical Services Group (the knowledge management and research arm of ZFF) in support of the Foundations vision to be a catalyst for the achievement of better health outcomes for the poor. He/She shall also develop the Knowledge Management system of ZFF to facilitate processing of knowledge from different units into knowledge products in coordination with other ZFF units
Minimum Qualifications
- Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Education/Teaching/Training, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, covering monitoring and evaluation, research, health information system, and knowledge management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
